Step 1 Rice bran oil extraction

The rice bran cake is fed by the screw conveyor into the loop type extractor , where it is sprayed and soaked with the solvent n-hexane to obtain two products: wet meal and mixed oil.

Step2 Wet meal desolventization

Wet meal is a mixture of solvent and meal. The wet meal will be processed in D.T.D.C system to remove the solvent in the meal and get dry meal, which can be sold to as animal feed.

Step 3 Mixed oil evaporation and stripping

Using the different boiling points of oils and solvents, the mixed oil will be processed in 1st and 2nd evaporation machine and stripping tower. And the solvent and the rice bran oil will be separated.

Step 4 Solvent cooling and recycling

Solvent from the D.T.D.C system and 1st and 2nd evaporation machine and stripping tower will be cooled and recycled. And reuse in the next rice bran oil extraction process.
