We are pleased to announce that Henan Glory has successfully signed an order with a Nigerian customer for a 500kg/h small palm oil processing project.

The customer is a Nigerian currently working in Germany. Although living overseas, he has always planned to invest in the palm oil processing industry in Nigeria. Considering the abundant palm fruit resources and growing local demand for palm oil, the customer decided to start a small scale palm oil processing project with a short investment cycle and fast return potential.

The cooperation between both sides started on April 12, 2026. Since the customer wanted to start production as soon as possible, he focused heavily on equipment reliability, operational simplicity, and adaptability to local working conditions in Nigeria.

After detailed discussions with Henan Glory's technical team, the customer finally selected a compact 500kg/h palm oil processing solution equipped with a diesel-powered palm oil press machine. Compared with electric-powered models, the diesel palm oil press is more suitable for areas with unstable power supply and provides greater flexibility for small palm oil processing businesses in Africa.

On April 30, 2026, both sides officially completed the contract signing and confirmed the order.

Palm Fruit Thresher:

Used to separate palm fruits from fresh fruit bunches (FFB). The machine can efficiently reduce manual labor and improve processing efficiency in the palm oil extraction process.

500kg/h Diesel Palm Oil Press Machine:

This single screw palm oil press machine is specially designed for small-scale palm oil production projects. The press features compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, and high oil extraction efficiency.

Used for preliminary filtration of crude palm oil after pressing by removing fiber residues and larger impurities.

Plate Filter:

Further filters the crude palm oil after vibrating screen, reducing fine impurities and improving the final crude palm oil quality.
