Cottonseed is a kind of common oilseed, it is a part of cotton. Cotton grows in tropical and subtropical areas. It is distributed in China, America, India Uzbekistan, Egypt etc.If cottonseed with shell, the oil content is about 17%-20%; If cottonseed is without shell, the oil content is about 35%-40%.
Cottonseed oil is the secondary product of cotton planting industry, is the one of cooking oil around the world.

1.Cleaning section: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from cottonseed.
2.Depliation: This part is mainly to remove the cotton linters on the surface of cottonseed. Which can collect cotton linters for selling to the market.
3.Husking: Process of shell removing and separation of kernel and shell: to ensure good effect, configure disk huller which can fit to various kinds of cottonseed and sunflower seed containing different moisture.
4.Cooking: Adjust cottonseed moisture and tempreature, which can improve final oil taste and also can increase oil productivity.
5.Pre-pressing: It is for pressing cottonseed and get crude cotton seed oil. After pressing, we can get cottonseed cake and crude cottonseed oil.

Cottonseed oil extraction production line get crude extraction oil from cottonseed cake through processing flows of solvent extracting, mixture oil filtration, wet bran treatment of dephenolizaiton and mechanical desolvent, and low temperature drying, evaporation, gas stripper to obtain crude cottonseed oil. After the peanut oil solvent extraction process, there is only less 1% oil content in meal.
