How to make palm kernel oil?

1) Fiber separating machine: It is used to separate fiber from palm nuts.

2) Palm kernel cracking separating machine : It is used to crack palm nut and separate pam kernel and shell

3) Palm kernel oil press processing line:

a) Cracking: To crush palm kernel into 4-6 pieces ,It is easy for oil come out

b) Cooking: First cook the palm kernels with roller cooker, in order to adjust temperature and moisture, and better for oil output rate, making the kernels more soft and easy to get crude oil out,

c) Pressing: Using special-designed palm kernel oil expeller to press oil out, the screw is wear-resisting, and the oil yield rate is higher.

d) Filtration: After pressing, using filter system to remove impurities in the crude oil, and make the crude oil more clear and pure.

After the above palm kernel oil production process, you can get pure palm kernel oil which can sale to market directly or send it to palm kernel oil refining workshop for further processing.
