This is a 3D video of the engineers from Henan Doing Company according to rapeseed oil processing plant designing blueprint.

In this process, the first is the vibrate cleaning sieve, destoner, flaking roll and cooker.The rapeseed has been pretreated by these machines to reach the better state of pressing. After that is the oil press, oil residual scraper, clarifying oil tank and leaf filter.  After these machines, the rapeseed is squeezed and filtered to produce crude rapeseed oil and oil cake.

Besides the pretreatment and pressing method in this video, Henan Doing Company can also design solvent extraction method to making rapeseed oil, which includes rapeseeds pretreatment equipment and rapeseed oil solvent extraction machine.
